Honored Visitor to the WFC

The WFC has been honored with a visit from the patriarch of the Cedar Ridge Bears. Although Illinois is acknowledged as one of the States of the Union, the Bear Republic controls its borders, at least when dealing with non-Spanish speakers. Here is PotCRB waiting to inprocess.





After clearing the border, the patriarch of the Cedar Ridge Bears saluted the flag of the Bear Republic and tried to blend in. This involved trips to the beach, the mountains, Vons, and UTC. Well, actually the most visited place in San Diego has been the WFC hot tub.




PotCRB decided the "burger and beer" special at Sam's by the Sea was good enough to try twice. In fact, after two visits, it has moved onto the list of favorite haunts. It has cold beer, hot hamburgers, and a good view of the ocean.





As you can see, PotCRB also took a run up Palomar Mountain to the observatory to see what's shakin in the woods. PotCRB was much more sanguine about the twisty mountain roads than his driver.

There have been several small earthquakes over the last week that were detected by the bear from back East. Evidently the ground doesn't shake much back there. There will be more exploits of the PotCRB after the censors release the photos.
